On Tuesday night while i was chatting with Sir on line... i had one of the news links running in the back ground and every so often i would peek.. yes peek.. i was so keyed up.. so worried that Obama wouldn't win.. i was scared to look at the numbers.. each time i looked though Obama's numbers were growing.. and i would "shout" them to Sir... Sir was .. to His credit.. very patient with me...
i went to bed very confident that Obama would win.. and woke to find i had not been disappointed...
All i keep saying is.. "NOW i live in interesting times !!" It brought such a joy to my heart.. such peace.. to think that the American society and stood up to be counted..
i can't explain why.. but i believe there is hope for all of us now....
