Impossible! But the world is full of zanies and fools who don't believe in sensible rules and won't believe what sensible people say.. and because these daft and dewey eyed dopes keep building up impossible hopes impossible things are happening every day!
Our Cincinnati Reds have taken the field in game 3 of the division series -- down by 2 games (having played some of the worst ball they've played all year). They are here, at home, and they desperately need to win tonight -- or our postseason dreams are over.
We are (and I know this will not surprise morningstar), glued to the television, watching the drama unfold. Prepared to be disappointed, but hoping against all hope, that tonight will go our way. That they might pull this out, go on to win the second game here in town, and then win the last game in Philadelphia, is likely impossible... but here in Cincinnati, this year, you don't have to look very far to find yourself a "zany" or a "fool."
